We are Talisman Soul, a small metaphysical shop based in Coeur d'Alene, ID. We exclusively sell metaphysical products that we have personally created or curated. Shipping for all orders will be estimated and paid at checkout on a per-order basis. Many items require special packaging, so final shipping costs can only be calculated after the shipment is packed and quoted by the carrier. Shipping for international orders is estimated and paid at checkout, however additional charges are almost always required as estimates are based on US domestic rates. International shipments can take 2–8 weeks depending on options agreed upon.
International customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping. If a package is returned to sender, the customer will be held liable for the original shipping costs.
Most items ship within 1 week of your order. As soon as your items ship, we will email you tracking information. If you have misplaced your tracking information or never received it, please email us at support@talismansoul.com.

If a return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back. In cases where the product is damaged or not what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
If your package gets lost in the mail or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@talismansoul.com with your name, order number, product name, and details about the issue. Please attach photos of any damage to speed up the process.
