Shipping Information

All Items Shipped from Coeur d' Alene, ID

Hello. We are Kat and August Wilden, and Talisman Soul is our small business based in Coeur d'Alene, ID. As of right now, we exclusively sell metaphysical products that we have personally created or curated in our small retail shop. As such, the shipping logistics for each product can vary a bit. In cases where the shipping may be longer than expected or involve unique dynamics such as customs or permits, we have done our best to clearly notate such details in the product description. Shipping Costs

Shipping for all orders will be ESTIMATED and PAID at checkout on a per-order basis. Many of the items that we sell require special attention when it comes to packaging for safe shipment, thus, FINAL shipping costs can only be calculated AFTER the shipment is packed and quoted by the appropriate carrier. By agreeing to the site's Terms and Conditions at checkout, you are agreeing to the following:

  • The potential of additional shipping charges being applied to your order before it is shipped out.
  • If you should choose to refuse additional shipping charges, you will receive a full refund for your purchase and the item(s) will be placed back on the site for sale.
  • Shipping times will reflect the safest and most economic options within the parameters of the shipping speed you selected at checkout.
  • Delivery times can vary slightly depending on your location.

International Orders

Like ALL orders, shipping for International orders will be ESTIMATED and PAID at checkout. However, because all shipping estimations paid for at checkout are based on US domestic shipping rates, you can expect to receive communications from us to finalize all of the shipping details and complete your order. International Shipments will almost always require an additional shipping charge before the order is finalized and shipped (as outlined above). Additionally, International Shipments can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to arrive at their final destination depending on the shipping options agreed upon.

International customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping. Customs, duties, and taxes can vary, so please be sure to check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. If a package is returned to sender, the customer will be held liable for the original shipping costs. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. You may want to contact your local customs office for additional information.

Order Tracking

Most items ship within 1 week of your order. As soon as your items ship, we will email you tracking information for the relevant carrier. Depending on what products you have purchased, you may receive your order in multiple shipments. In cases of multiple shipments, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

Thank you so much for supporting our work with your patronage. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away. 

Return and Refund Process

We get it. Sometimes stuff ordered online doesn’t meet the expectations you had when you ordered it. If this is the case, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at Store@TalismanSoul.com to sort out the best way forward. When emailing us, please provide your Name, Order #, Product Name, and as many details as necessary to communicate the issue. Please keep in mind the following qualifications for any return requests:

  • You have 14 calendar days (two weeks) to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (excluding faulty items)
  • Your item must be in its original packaging. (excluding faulty items)

If you and us determine that a return is indeed the best way forward, you will receive detailed instructions for shipping the product back to us. In cases where the product is damaged or is simply not what you ordered, we will be happy to cover the shipping costs for your return. Upon our discretion and the nature of the return reason, you may be required to pay for the shipping costs to complete the return process. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your package gets lost in the mail or arrives in less than favorable condition, please contact us immediately at Store@TalismanSoul.com. Don’t forget to provide your Name, Order #, Product Name, and as many details as necessary to communicate the issue.

  • Lost Packages - Please keep in mind that shipping may take longer than usual to arrive due to the nature of shipping fragile/artistic items. If this is the case for the piece(s) that you’ve ordered, it will have been clearly communicated in the shipping confirmation email that you received. If you are unsure as to the estimated timing of the delivery or you are certain that the package is actually lost in the mail, don’t hesitate to email us right away and we will be happy to sort it out.
  • Damaged Items/Packages - If your package arrives broken in any way, please email us to request a replacement or a refund (depending on the item). To assist us in processing such things on our end, we will likely request that you send me some photos of the damage via email or text message. You may even want to attach some photos of the damage to your original email if you would like to speed up this process a bit.

Customers absolutely love their experience at our small shop in Coeur d'Alene, ID, and we want you to have the same feeling even though our interactions are online. We want you to love what you’ve purchased, so please don’t hesitate to reach out regarding any issues you may have with your order.
